We come together as a collective men’s health and wellbeing community.

  • We share and discuss collective personal health knowledge and experiences.
  • There is an emphasis on fostering a greater sense of self-help, camaraderie, connecting, and range of social and physical activities.  
  • We also seek advice and support from full range of health professionals who regularly support our monthly meetings and our group ongoing.

The group is committed to promoting a well-rounded approach to men’s health both mental and physical wellbeing.

  • We organise a wide range of individual and group fun physical activities that support healthy lifestyles i.e., walking, rambling, running, football, cycling, bowls, etc.  
  • As a group we encourage men to be more health conscientious, motivated and active. Ultimately, always striving to achieving optimum health and wellbeing goals.

Social Connections & Networking

Networking is an essential part of our group. We understand the power of connections and believe that building a strong network can positively impact your health journey. By connecting with like-minded individuals, you’ll have the opportunity to share experiences, exchange advice, and form meaningful friendships that extend beyond our events.

To sustain and expand our services, we operate on an monthly / annual membership fee basis. This fee allows us to continually provide a high standard of advice, support, organise engaging events, and invite specialist guest speakers at our meetings. We’re confident that the benefits you’ll gain from being part of our men’s health community will exceed expectations. We plan to have some social events to raise funds and socialise with friends, family and colleagues.

Monthly Guest Speakers

To further enhance the group  health awareness, knowledge, we invite guest speakers who are specialists in men’s health and wellbeing. These medical specialists and experts will share their knowledge giving valuable insights and provide advice and guidance on various topics such as mental health, prostate, diabetes, etc to name a few areas of men’s health challenges.  Ultimately,  empowering us with the latest men’s health information, advice, tips and tools to make informed decisions about our health and wellbeing.
